A bed and sofa surfing day as I still feel quite unwell. 

So not much reason or interest to photograph my day. But I would hate to miss an upload. So a quick phone shot of my iron snail. Beautifully crafted by a local female blacksmith who has her workshop on the Trent and Mersey Canal at Etruria.
