View From A Waiting Room

Another hospital appointment for mrsfb today, this time I thought it would make a change to look out rather than in. When we arrived the room was overflowing, but it became clear most people were waiting for blood tests and their normal waiting room was closed. They soon left and we were quickly back to being the only ones there. The consultant sent mrsfb for a X-ray, and yes we were the only customers there too.

In other news I bought some waterproof over trousers today, after getting soaked now twice on U3A walks this year. The first shop I went in had the men's at full price while the ladies', exactly the same, were reduced. I bought some from the shop across the road, everything was half price there. Hope we get some heavy rain next Thursday :-)
