Something is missing

In town today the buskers were out in force. While opera singer Demelza Stafford was performing (this is Winchester after all) a trio from Threepenny Bit were waiting to promote an Album Launch Ceilidh at the Discovery Centre (library) tonight.

This is part of one of their instruments. It is the top of a saxophone minus the mouthpiece.
