Spooky Sophie

This is the first year Sophie has wanted or been old enough to go trick or treating for hallowe'en so she and Kate came over and we called on a few friends and neighbours as well as Uncle Chris; she only wanted to knock on the doors of people she knew but she really enjoyed dressing up and collecting a small horde of treats.

The main photo shows her when we got back posing next to the pumpkin she helped carve this afternoon. In extras there's one of her and Kate concentrating on said carving, a couple of Sophie in full costume and another of a neighbour's window; they were taking it in turns to dance in their window; Sophie definitely didn't want to knock on their door!

This morning's golf was encouraging again.
