Tackled some household chores before heading down to the gym for Body Torque. This is a light weights class and one of my favourite forms of exercise. 

Tried to have a change form Autumn in the woods. Pleased to have spotted these purple fellows although one had bitten the dust! It’s the first time I have seen this purple variety before. Can anyone identify them for me....thanks.
