Solitude

When I'm at work and have a break I like to get out the office and go for a little wander and breath in some fresh air. It's always amazed me in most jobs I've had over the years that most colleagues just sit at their desks or stay in the same room that they're in all day when they get the chance to head for the hills (metaphorically speaking).
