Pumpkin Roasting

I decided to roast some pumpkin this year. I ordered the pumpkins to be delivered today, and I was quite shocked that they were so tiny! The hardest part of the job is cutting them open. I was a bit afraid I would cut my fingers, but I made it through with no injuries. All I have left to do is roast the seeds tomorrow.
