Checking out Jim

Today we visited a redundant church that had been bought to change into a house. The potential is excellent, although the permission procedures may require some careful negotiation.

On the way home we called into Kilmany to check on the condition of the sculpture to Jim Clark. Jim was born in Kilmany and I was Chairman of the Appeal.

We attended a Murder Mystery Dinner at Hill of Tarvit which was great fun. It was interesting to experience a social occasion in the Great Hall. The food was also pretty good.

The extra shows the House at night and with cars parked in front. That is something of a "no chance" during visitor days.
