Life of Palm

Best natural preserve ever: Crandon Park in Miami. Among other attractions, the park has a beautiful two-mile beach of pristine white sand around a lagoon with an offshore sandbar that protects swimmers from the crashing surf.

One end of the beach is reserved for windsurfers -- an endless source of entertainment for the acrobatics they perform, but also the type of personality they have :)

It's the most amazingly peaceful place, just 10mns away from downtown Miami, with barely anyone on the beach.
