K,R,C and me went out for a stroll around the Garden Centre , then had a bit to eat and a cuppa in the coffee shop. K went off to see her friends in Kent and C/R and me went to Sainsbury's for a couple of bits then came home. Must say I 'd had enough mobility and breathing not good today.
Chilli con carne for tonight's meal and may be a liqueur as well??

Appreciate .... being home, will need heating tonight I fear!
