left handed...
..according to its name Scaevola glandulifera.
Ok so here is the Scaevola story: Gaius Murcus Scaevola a hero of early Roman days proved his bravery by burning his right hand after a failed attempt to kill the Etruscan king Lars Porsenna.
Impressed by his bravery Gaius Marcus was released and when he returned home he was named Scaevola ...left handed.
A walking buddyJ told me the left handed story on a walk some years ago and also said they are called fairy fan flowers .
I can imagine a bushland nymph fanning herself with this little beauty on a hot still day!
