A virgin cacher!

A colleague at the icon centre is a keen cyclist and he has offered to take me out riding with him. I loved it!

We went out today and cycled 5 miles at lunchtime. This is not much at all but we stopped along the way to collect 4 geocaches.

I am not sure if Lee will take up caching, but he has agreed to come with me and collect another 7 next week!

I'm lovin all this exercise and I've also been eating healthier as well. Salads for lunch, salmon tonight and no alcohol since 27th December. I've lost 6llb in a week and I've more energy than I have had in a long time.
