Madrid Summit

Proud to play a key role in organising this summit for Go Fit, the leading fitness centre company in Spain - some sites have over 25,000 members and 3 million visits per year. The main event is tomorrow which I lead and today was all about taking people/guests from around the world through their class-leading facilities and approach to getting100% of the population active. They even got me into a spinning session...see blip. Dd was worried I might have a heart attack but I felt great during and after...see extras.
