The end of the day

As the clocks went back at 2am, it is suddenly darker in the evening. By the last of the sun caught the trees on the horizon.
I had a number of jobs today, the usual washing and making bread, but we had dinner guests. Friend R and Mr P had been out all day so I offered to cook dinner. I made a vegetarian curry and a chicken curry. The chicken was very tasty! The vegetarian one was ok but lacked the flavours of the other one.
