Sunny Sunday

An extra hour in bed.. a lazy morning then off out with Fletch. Walked round the grounds of Abbey house. A bit upset as they have  cleared a lot of the grounds.. hope they don't do too much. 
Then down past Furness Abbey and round. I was going to take a photo  of the ruins but in the end this magnificent tree was the main subject.
Not too cold ( at 12 degrees ) and pleasant in the sun. 
Started to get dark by 5:30 which was rather depressing as there are 4 months of these early dark nights. Let's hope for bright sunny days !
