Pile on!!!!

After the last couple of days deluge we woke up to bright skies and sunshine, thankfully!

We were fooled into thinking we had an extra hour on our side this morning, getting up at 9.30, which was really 8.30, as we hadnt changed the clock before bed. Or so we thought, but the clock had corrected itself, so we ended up late, rushing around.......lol!!

We stopped at Lidl to collect lunch before driving to Congleton to see middle son, DiL, Olivia & Isabella......son has had a really bad back, but is on the mend now. The girls were pleased to see us, all excited like little jumping beans!!

We had our lunch before DiL got back from having coffee with one of her friends. Then we all settled down to play Skyjo, a fun card game, then we watched Maleficent.....think the girls found it a little scary, Olivia was hiding behind her hands, and Isabella fell asleep! I think hub enjoyed it most!!!

Todays blip is DiL attempting to tidy up the girls dolls, but as you can see they had other ideas!

We left just before 5pm, it was almost dark.....at least we only have a week to put up with them, before we head off :-)

Olivia gave me a picture that she had made for me, I need to find a place on the back of the door, to go with all the others we have acumulated over the years as the girls have grown up :-)

Just watched the Strictly results, can't quite believe that!!!
