Lincoln!

Sometimes you have to stick a pin in a map and have an explore of a new place. :-) Mum and I have enjoyed a day exploring Lincoln. We came via Doddington Hall which was beautiful. A really lovely series of barns filled with gifts and trinkets, a huge Giant bike shop and a gorgeous farm shop. You could also pick your own pumpkins which seemed to be very popular.

Lincoln is a small city which always appeals to me more. We enjoyed walking the cobbled streets, looking in the little shops and heading to the waterfront. We also enjoyed a walk around the cathedral and castle grounds. Bright blue skies and sunshine all day made for a big style Brucie bonus!

We are now in our Premier Inn room on the outskirts of Cambridge where we plan to explore tomorrow. :-D
