Children of the Sun

Not a great photo, but a great moment. Nik Turner, formerly of Hawkwind, and Jerry Richards of the Hawklords performing the classic track, Children of the Sun at Glasgow's Audio Venue this evening. This unexpected treat was the final song played and doesn't seem to have been played on any of the other dates the Haklords have played on this tour. Nik Turner wrote the lyrics in the early 70s and it was a bit special to hear him sing them.
