One Man and his Dog

The extra hour certainly helped this morning and I was on the road at 8am. I had a great journey with no holdups anywhere and was home by 12.20pm - I think that’s probably the quickest I’ve ever done it.

We had a quick bite to eat and then we went out as it was such a lovely day. We walked 6 miles in total - from Saltdean to the marina and back, stopping at Cafe Rouge for a coffee and a hot chocolate. There were so many people on the beach and this guy and his dog caught my eye sat on one of the groynes.

Once home, I cooked a Sunday roast and now we’re watching the F1 from Mexico.
