i lost it

as the light was fading and the photographer + tripod just stood obstructing the footpath blocking my shot.  my bare feet were freezing.  
Radish was barking at him, and he turned and returned my frantic gesticulating of my camera with a casual wave.

5 more minutes of standing there with my camera in one hand and the other on my hip, and i shouted at him that he was blocking a footpath* and that i take this view every day, and please could he move on.

he did, 
but i feel i behaved rudely.

* In England and Wales a public footpath is a path on which the public have a legally protected right to travel on foot.  travel is the key word.
