In the kitchen ...

... with The Girl Racer. We had a really nice FaceTime whilst she was cooking breakfast, away on the other side of the world in British Colombia. Here she is demonstrating dehydrated hash browns left over from the camping season; apparently they are okay, particularly when eaten with out of date vegan sausages and some mushrooms.

We did something a little unusual for us, which was to go back to bed with tea until 11.15. Then we went to the local animal centre to donate some bits, buy some cat toys and look at the cats up for adoption.

The weather was foul but we needed some supplies, then had tasty and warming fajitas on our return home. Did the gym at tea time and are now about to make sweet and sour Thai soup with tofu and noodles.
