LATE SUN
The sun finally put in an appearance at the end of the afternoon when I was out doing errands that I'd planned to do first thing this morning. The errands may be in vain though, as daughter #2 phoned this morning to say that the vertigo she's been suffering from for the last couple of weeks hasn't lifted and she may not be able to travel up from Portsmouth tomorrow. I'm crossing everything and hoping she and grandson Bill will make it if her meds can help her face the train journey. Her description of her symptoms sounds like my mother's experiences of Menières Disease, but D#2 said that nobody has mentioned that to her.
So now I've blipped I'm off back to cleaning, cooking and washing in the hope that they'll make it tomorrow.
