Those Big Brown Eyes

Emergency blip. I've been punishing myself today with two exercise classes. Body Attack this morning and Latin Zumba dance at lunchtime. I'm now completely lifeless and not feeling well :( I've never done Body Attack before and attack my body it did. Loads of running with knees up and star jumps and also lunges. Sweating like a pig and praying for it to end. Don't think I'll do this one again. Body Combat seems a little more like it.

My daughter watched the new Snowman cartoon about the little dog that dies and made us realize just how precious Little B has become to us. Here he is this evening giving me those brown eyes because he wants me to get some more food out of the kitchen cupboard. If I did, he would be sick ;)
