Lifting the gloom

It started off a gloomy day with grey skies and rain. Gordon's day was considerably brightened by lunchtime . . . for some reason! Then the sun came out and I noticed the leaves positively shining against the blue sky. Gloom gone!

Today I renewed my Blip Membership and did so gladly. Not like with all our other subscriptions, where I/we have to consider whether to continue for another year. No, this renewal process reminds me of those dark days when we thought we had lost Blipfoto and many of us suddenly realised just how much it meant to us. Then those wonderful people came forward with a plan. And we all bought shares and hoped. Now I subscribe gladly because I know I am helping to keep this precious world going.
