Water Department Refresh

Our town has been undergoing a bit of renaissance since the new administration has taken charge of the government. The place where I pay for our water has received yet another refresh since I last featured it a year and a half ago. Not only is the some-time functioning fountain been replaced by greenery, but the former outside pay windows are now completely enclosed in an all new tile-lined, air-conditioned lobby. Made my 40 minute wait to pay bills this morning much more bearable.
