Max the Dog

Started today with my local parkrun and ran round chatting with my running mate P.

I had dropped L off at my dads then picked her up and took her to French class then went to visit my mum.

MrsT has a hair appointment.

In the afternoon we took Max for a long walk as his owners were away to a gymnastics competition up in Perth.

Going ten pin bowling this evening at Murrayfield as can’t make it tomorrow for our usual Sunday session.
