Beachy Head Marathon &10k

So we did 10k and as instructed by my Osteopath I walked it!! Hubby ran and did well with the wonderful seven sisters!! And other hills but beautiful scenery no flattering photos here! And very windswept at the end! It was Glorious sunshine at the beginning but v strong winds..
Im chomping at the bit to get running again however was very pleased to be able to walk it!! Just visiting local hostelry to rehydrate!! And food
