Charcuterie
Meats (Bayonne ham, duck sausage), cheeses (brie, and an aged pave du nord), olives, cornichons, homemade pickled chard stems, and charcoal crackers. Wine: Andrew Murray Syrah Alisos Vineyard 2017.
The chard stem pickles are an experiment I don’t think I will repeat, but otherwise, this is as good as a dinner gets.
