Thursday's Tea Turned Out Tasty!

My version of fish pie, no poaching, no cheese sauce making...more details here :)

Added not one but 2 smiles to the gratitude jar today as not only was the boiler still working this morning but also when I got in from work :) :)

Just have a sore throat and earache to get rid of and I'll be chuffed to bits with Thursday!
