Good Old Girl

There is some debate over how old Gussie is, thirteen, fourteen or older! Some days she looks her age, others she is full of energy but I guess that’s the same for us all.
She loves the fire it’s about the only time she levers herself off the settee and then she lays there cooking.
We lit the fire because there was a bit of a chill in the evening but I understand that there is warm weather on the way this week.
Let’s hope so.
