Flower Friday : Looking on the bright side

Cold wet and windy today, clocks going back tomorrow and the council have just emptied the beautiful troughs of flowers that have lined the roads into the town centre since early summer.
Everything just seems so gloomy.
But these were looking good when I went into the supermarket for broccoli.
Every cloud, eh.
