Red Leaf

Another  gorgeous fall day, for another outing to Fort River.  The colors are probably near their peak; some trees are gorgeous, but by no means all. It seems generally spottier than the best years I remember, but it's a wonderful season in any case (at least if the weather's good--our French friends Nine and Didier visited around this time fifteen years ago, and it rained constantly.  We watched Stan Wawrinka beat Francis Tiafoe in three sets; he will play Federer next.  No World Series game tonight; next come three games in Washington--with the Nationals leading 2-0 their chances look good :)
