Passed my video interactive guidance (VIG) stage 2 after a year or so of stressful IT issues that delayed things for me. I’m now on the ‘new route’ which I think doesn’t have stage numbers. Great to see the work in VIG that Health Visitors, social workers, psychologists and counsellors are doing. Hopefully I’ll become a certified practitioner in the next year.


Tired and a bit migrainey as I’m sensitive to some lights (blue or blue white) and some of the electronics I was exposed to today had that bright cobalt blue on them. Hopefully the migraine won’t develop and I’ll feel fresh in the morning
