You can see the Mosque of Suleyman the Magnificent ( the closer one) and Mosque of Fatih Sultan Mehmet ( second brightess Mosque) who was the conqueror of Constantinapole in 1453. Both of them are unique buildings in Islamic art and the architect of Suleymaniye Mosque was Mimar Sinan. He was burried in the same garden of his biggest monument but you have to look for his tomb in the garden. You can easily miss it because he was very humble. He wanted his tomb as small as possible and he was the chief Ottoman architect (Turkish: "Mimar") and civil engineer for sultans Suleiman the Magnificent, Selim II, and Murad III. He was responsible for the construction of more than three hundred major structures and other more modest projects, such as his Islamic primary schools (sibyan mektebs). His apprentices would later design the Sultan Ahmed Mosque in Istanbul, Stari Most in Mostar and help design the Taj Mahal in the Mughal Empire. He was a hard worker and I am too on the first ferry.
