Time to start that diet!!!!

Well actually had a rather good day at the office today ( I know who'd have thought you'd hear ME say those words!!) Bit of a quite spell in the afternoon so we decided to try out a new app (embarrassing bodies tests)
So anyway I'm not colour blind, have perfect vision ( Hardly, seeing as Ive worn contacts for years and am blind as a bat without them !!) my reactions good , lung capacity good, short term memory poor...and then come this beauty........IM OBESE.... Jesus I know I've gained a few more pounds than I should but seriously OBESE!!!! After picking myself up off the floor I did find it quite amusing really but never less I think it's time to get out my trainers get my butt back to bootcamp and leave the wine ... Gulp yes the wine in the fridge for a bit!

Maybe I'll blip a picture of me once I'm no longer considered obese and a mere size 6!!!
