Autumn Gold

I went to see Jo today for my routine Podiatry appointment and on the way home I stopped by the cemetery for a quick blip.  The golden leaves contrasting with the almost black bark caught my eye, I thought it looked like the perfect colour combo.

Once the weather starts to turn I find what I decide to cook changes too and I like to cook meals where the aroma from the cooking make the anticipation of the meal almost as enjoyable as the meal itself.  Today it's been Coq au Vin - easy but very good.
