Shop Early for Christmas

It's so cluttered. And so much of it is tat. Makes for an unusual photo though. 

Basil and I bussed into Loughborough where I bought fish, prawns and veg. Then we went to sit in the Berber Shop. Aziz got me a coffee, I'm pleased to say.

When Len arrived to fetch us back to Shepshed, I rushed out to grab a few shots. So here you are.

On the way back, we stopped at The Old Curiosity Shop and tearoom for tea and toastie, falling into conversation with others there. Naturally, I couldn't resist buying a book: SPQR by Mary Beard. Quite a bit of reading there.
