A View through the Trees

To start with may I thank each and every one of you for your kind comments on my Blip Birthday yesterday. Blip Central did send me advance warning but of course I clean forgot all about it until I began to get such kind comments. It is gratifying to know that I haven't been boring everybody silly for the past few years. My days are a little mixed up right now and I am posting more or less a day late all the time.
This shot of the Birches was made at the half way point of our cycle route when we stopped to have coffee and chocolate. Using a not too great quality telephoto lens I wanted to highlight one tree and throw the others outside of the depth of field.
