Companions

These two characters share a corner of our settee. The very worn bear is “Dad Ted” who was the much beloved toy of our daughter Anna. She had him from when she was a baby. It is now our turn to cherish him. I like the way he has the creamy (well once cream!) v at his neck, just like a real bear. His companion is an African Wild Dog pup, bought by us when on holiday in South Africa a few years ago. We were lucky enough to see a pack of African Wild Dogs, they are quite rare. These two each have such characterful faces, I love them!
