Colour Blitz No. 24: Taste of Autumn

It’s that time of the year. Not a great pumpkin fan. I tried roasting a whole one a few days ago, my spicy rice filling was the best part. The flesh was dry and tasteless, akin to mashed potatoes. I transformed the rest successfully into a warming soup.

Dear blipper Crispin is on the look out for a Crown Prince Pumpkin for me. I haven’t given up on them quite yet.

I’m looking too, but they don’t seem to be ‘labelled’, which is frustrating. My blip is of the gloriously coloured selection in M&S.

Very Autumnal out, appropriate for Ingeborg’s ‘ Autumn or Spring* ‘ Abstract Thursday challenge (*I wish), and also the Community Challenge. And still hanging in to complete hobb’s October Colour blitz.
