Not in Philly anymore!

Worked all day and had agreed to pick my mum up when she finished, this gave me an hour to kill. I decided that as the Odeon had just opened a new Costa Coffee in it I would go and but the orange Wednesday tickets for the new Twilight film in advance. Got there, explained to the girl on the ticket desk I wanted 4 tickets to the 8pm film and was here early buying in advance with 2 orange Wednesday codes to use, she said this was fine but had to be done separately - ok this too was fine. So got the 4 tickets and 2 till receipts and 2 card machine receipts and went and sat across the foyer with a coffee.

Took a photo of the tickets and posted it on FB tagging the other 3 who were coming. Then Sarah, one of said 3 text asking what time we were going ...8PM I wrote back..."Then why do the tickets say 5.10pm"...

Back to desk, girl said oh right not for the showing just now the showing at 8pm...yeah like I asked ...oh yeah woops was her response. She was rather rude and cheeky after I had been quite polite about the muck up! Oh dear...so each transaction had to be refunded, then put through seperatley again 2 more times to use each code, which btw still worked second time round, so surely you don't even need multiple codes?????? In the end I got 18 print outs and was sent on my way!!!! WTF!

Movie was tops tho, totally loved it, good night had by all.
