Wanaka Station Park

Frida and I had a lovely walk from Wanaka Station Park to Waterfall Creek and back before I met my photography friends for a coffee. A great turn out this morning.
This afternoon went to Aspiring U3A- 2 talks, one on the future of tourism in Wanaka and the 2nd on The Edible Garden. The later was very interesting in the food the speaker could produce on his 3/4 acre garden. It is prolific, and he does spend many hours per day tending to it, but it is his passion. 
His life philosophy was based on “Ikigai” - it is worth looking up. His passion is growing food and he used his corporate management background to establish an amazing process of growing his food.
