More poppies!

It was a lovely misty morning but didn't have time to go out taking photos so my blip is of the poppies that are still blooming in the garden. They were looking worse for wear in all the rain but this new batch are looking beautiful.

I've had a good review from the gym today and have been given another referral so will continue doing my twice a week programme under their supervision.
