A Helping Hand

The pier project has stalled once again. The barge holding the crane is now level and in place, but the one used to deliver the concrete posts is underwater. You can barely see its cleats in the foreground of today's photo. The workers in the bucket were just on board attempting to weld something so that it might float once more. They are clearly going to try something else to get the project started again.
