The last of the crop

I took the last of the tomatoes off the plants today and cleared the grow bags from the potting shed. A number of them are ripening so I’m going to leave them on the tray out there to see if they continue to ripen. I’m not sure that there will be enough to make it worth making green chutney.

Another beautiful day. B came out to help me with pruning the roses on the fence which I couldn’t quite reach, and then continued helping !!! We got loads done. The potting shed is looking good and the soil bin is completely full. I can recycle the soil for the next lot of potting up.

The boiler man came to do the annual service. No problems thank goodness after the massive problems last year.
