Children in need night!

Today was a random day...Andy lost his V5 for his car, so would need a new one, but then discovered he couldn't renew his tax without it...I had LOST my tax disc, god knows how and so needed a new one. Andy found out there was a local office in Edinburgh where this could all be done, but this was not his first time there (daft boy) so he advised to make no other plans as it can be some wait. We arrived, got our tickets and then some strange people started to appear from behind the DVLA desk; first a very old man dressed as Mr Incredible, then a woman dressed as a sexy Cat Woman...then the penny dropped, it was Children in Need day lol! Andy's estimations were also skewed - we were out of there in 15 minutes, both with the legal paperwork to drive again!

Andy went home and I met the wonderful BettBlip for the Christmas market at Hopetoun house in south queensferry. What a brilliant event and held fri-sun which meant I got a chance to go without work getting in the way. Kerry had a random day off to - lunch was lush, live music was awesome and we both got a few xmas presents under our belts too.

Later that night, Andy came over and we went to Tesco's to get food to make for Janis's birthday meet up on Saturday. Whilst there we got a funny card for our friend Kathy and posted it through her door, sending her a photo of us posting it, as she was away for the weekend...walking back to the car Andy declares I had left my interior light on in the car, only to find on closer inspection Andy's passenger door was wide open, thanks Andy; this after M had left the window open when we went into Tesco! Seems they want my car to be stolen tonight! Did see the funny side tho, glad Kathy hadn't been home and we'd been in for a coffee - that could have been an AA job!

Later back at the ranch Doogie came over to watch the telebox and drink beer with us! ChAnDo time rocks!
