Muffins

Just had the urge to make dome muffins, so these are apple and blueberry and are rather scrummy:-)  

It was flu jabs this afternoon and the usual shambles that involves.   Everybody files into a local hall, fills in a form and then waits to be called.  The problem is that many people treat it as a social event and it's almost impossible to hear the names being called by soft-voiced nurses and doctors over the general hubbub.  Why they don't invest in a tannoy system, goodness knows!  O needed a muffin to soothe my frazzled nerves:-)
