Early morning

So osteopath appointment 2!! And thank goodness out of acute phase! Can walk stand up function.. I am allowed to walk thw Beachy head run on Saturday thats fine better than nothing!! Glad I can take part in some form! Bank a lot lighter after 2 visits and hoping 1 more next week!!!
