High River Severn.

My wife and I went to Shrewsbury on Sunday ( I came home on Tuesday ). While in Shrewsbury we visited our Daughter, Son-in-Law and three grand children. My wife and I had been given a gift of a cruise and meal on the River Severn, however the water was too high for the boat to get under the bridges, so the cruise part was postponed, however we had an excellent meal. This shot was taken from The Quarry, of the Boathouse pub across the swollen river.
