Pedometer

I like to keep track of things and love statistics, achieving goals and stuff like that.

Over the last 65 days I've done 148 Walks, taken 363817 Steps, burnt 13790 Calories.

My pedometer is set for 7000 steps a day which with this gadget is around 5.5km and 275 Calories. I do this most days but looking at my workout totals it is averaging around 5500 steps, so I expect Christmas etc took my average down.

Anyhow calorie usage of 13790 @3500 for a pound of fat which equals four pounds burnt off, but off course with all these things it doesn't translate to any weight loss whatsoever.

Don't you just love it, I do.
